Hotels and Resorts Investment Pvt Ltd – H. A. R. I. M (HARIM Group) is seeking a dynamic and highly capable General Manager to oversee group operations and drive organisational excellence across our diverse portfolio of companies in the hospitality, real estate, and marine sectors.
This pivotal role requires a strategic, hands-on leader, someone who can balance high-level business oversight with grounded operational execution. You will work closely with the senior leadership to ensure the company’s strategic goals are met through disciplined financial management, cohesive teamwork, and strong governance.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the SMT, the General Manager holds overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Group’s operational and administrative functions. The role involves steering performance across departments, safeguarding compliance, and ensuring that every aspect of HARIM’s operations reflects our values of integrity, precision, and innovation.
This is both a strategic and operational leadership position, requiring the ability to think systemically while acting decisively. The successful candidate will guide managers, develop teams, and ensure efficiency in all business processes from finance to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage and develop departmental heads and senior managers through regular performance reviews and operational guidance.
Support strategic initiatives and new business developments under the direction of the SMT.
Act as a key liaison between the SMT, including preparation of reports, meeting briefs, and follow-ups on action items.
Drive organisational governance, including adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate ethics standards.
Lead continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Represent HARIM with professionalism in all internal and external interactions, including with government agencies, contractors, and strategic partners.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across all levels of the organisation.
About You
You are an experienced senior leader with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams and deliver measurable results. You combine strategic foresight with operational rigour and have the emotional intelligence to lead people through growth and change.
You will bring:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior management, preferably within corporate or infrastructure sectors.
SAP experience preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven experience implementing systems, policies, and governance frameworks.
A results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
High professional integrity and the ability to operate with discretion at an executive level.
